Oriental Super-Mart Ordering Information



HOW TO ORDER
If you agree to these terms you may use our secure PayPal Shopping Cart on this web site. You may also fax or mail in your order.

Follow the 4 easy steps below to place your order:

Chose the specific item(s) within the PRODUCT MENU you wish to order, click on the ADD TO CART button. This will place your selected ITEM into your personal SHOPPING CART. A summary displaying your cart contents will appear labeled YOUR SHOPPING CART. You may specify a quantity by selecting the Quantity box and typing over the number displayed. You may select Continue Shopping if you wish to add additional items.

To remove items from YOUR SHOPPING CART, click on the REMOVE check box (located under column labeled Remove). You can select (Update Cart), this will redisplay YOUR SHOPPING CART with details and changes.

If you have selected all the item(s) you want and are ready to proceed with your order, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT (located at the bottom left of YOUR SHOPPING CART).

This will prompt you to enter your PayPal Login information. If you do not have a PayPal account select (click here). You will be prompted for credit card billing information, a shipping contact with address and any instructions or comments you wish to enter. The process then issues you an order number, sends you a confirmation email and concludes. On the following business day, you will receive a conformation email with details on your order.

For mail orders please send a copy of Your Shopping Cart, which can be printed from your Browser with payment.

PAYMENT
1. Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
2. Cashier's Check or Money Order with shipping charges. A credit for excess payment will be issued.
3. Oriental Super-Mart does not accept C.O.D orders.
4. Checks, Personal, Business, and Organizational: Checks must be imprinted and have your current address, not a P.O. Box. Please include your current valid driver's license number and state where it was issued. Returned checks will be charged a $20 Fee. Your telephone number must also be written on the check. All blanks must be properly filled in. Any deviation from these guidelines will result in the return of your check for corrections. Please allow 5 business days for check processing before order is shipped.

RETURNS
Oriental Super-Mart does not accept the return of any merchandise without previous authorization. You must obtain a return authorization number from Oriental Super-Mart prior to return if a return is granted. This number must appear on the package near the mailing label. Return shipping is at customer expense.

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS
If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all shipping containers and packing for inspection. The carrier is responsible for concealed damage. We insure shipments at full value unless customer states in writing a lesser amount. Purchaser must initiate all shipping damage claims.

SHIPPING
Continental USA: All terms are F.O.B. Margate, Florida. We do not assume responsibility for shipping costs. Oriental Super-Mart charges a minimum of $7 shipping and handling for the first three pounds when sent by UPS or US Mail. If overpayment is made, a refund will be issued. If too little is allowed for shipping, you will be contacted by phone or mail and asked to send the difference. For accurate shipping costs, you may call and have your order weighed

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico : Orders will be sent UPS or Parcel Post ground unless otherwise specified.

International Customers : Oriental Super-Mart does not accept International orders.

SALES TAX
Florida residents please include 6 % state and local taxes on clothing, bath, and body accessories.

PRICING
Prices do not include sales tax. All items subject to prior sale. All prices subject to change without notice.

PRINTING
While we strive to be as accurate and correct as possible, Oriental Super-Mart is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
