¼ Cup Diced Carrot
¼ Cup Green Peas
¼ Cup Broccoli, Cut into ½ inch
6 Soaked Chinese Mushrooms
½ Can 28oz Lee Vegetable Broth 1 ½ Tablespoons Modified Corn Starch. Dissolve in 3 tablespoons of water.
Pour ½ Can 28oz Lee Vegetable Broth into the pot. Heat over medium temperature/flame. Add ¼ Cup Diced Carrot, ¼ Cup Green Peas, ¼ Cup Broccoli, Cut into ½ inch, 6 Soaked Chinese Mushrooms, 1 ½ Tablespoons Modified Corn Starch. Mix Well.
Heat increase temperature/flame until boiling. Serve while hot. Serves 2
