Shipping Policy ...

NOTE: All items are subject to prior sale. We strive to keep all items in stock. However due to import restrictions and product supply some items may become unavailable or in short supply. In which case we reserved the right to replace items with an equivalent brand of the same product quality.

Depending on volume your order will usually ship the next business day after your order is placed on our website, except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. In specific circumstances, if your order does not ship by the next business day, Customer Service will notify you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.

Domestic Orders

Shipping is calculated based on the order weight and distance from our Florida warehouse. You may choose USPS Priority for your order shipping. USPS Ground service can take up to 7 business days to arrive after the ship date. USPS Priority can take up to 3 business days to arrive (a USPS Tracking Number will be provided). When shipping with UPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you with your UPS tracking number.

APO/FPO Orders

We are delighted to provide service to our military personnel. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS priority or ground. The package cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the order delivery time. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 60 days depending on your location.

International Orders

International orders will be sent via USPS, according to the transit time chart below. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery (usually 0-7%, depending on the distance from our Florida store).

Global Express Guaranteed: 2- 5 business days

Express Mail International: 3- 5 business days

Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

Credit/Debit Card Orders

Orders paid with Credit/Debit Card will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to Oriental Super-Mart account. All refunds will be returned to your Credit/Debit Card account. Shipping address information must be updated. Oriental Super-Mart cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided to us.

Frozen Foods

Frozen Food orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Oriental Super-Mart uses a special insulated container and dry ice to refrigerate the product for 72 hours. All Frozen items are shipped Monday, and Tuesday to ensure the product reaches you within 72 hours. You must order a minimum four frozen items. When placing an order, you may select both frozen foods and non-frozen items for your shopping cart. You do not need to place separate orders for frozen food and other items. Although it is one order, frozen food and non-frozen items will be shipped separately. You will not be billed additionally for frozen food; it is included in the item cost. Oriental Super-Mart currently only ships frozen food to customers residing in the continental United States. We DO NOT ship frozen food to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO destinations.

Telephone Orders & Special Request

Call the Oriental Super-Mart to fill in your orders. All products are available in bulk at wholesale prices. We also can fill orders on items we do not normally stock.


Oriental Super-Mart does not accept the return of any merchandise without previous authorization. You must obtain a return authorization number from Oriental Super-Mart prior to return if a return is granted. This number must appear on the package near the mailing label. Return shipping is at customer expense.
